2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Assessment Services:

  • Full refunds are available if the service has not yet commenced.
  • If the assessment has commenced but not completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.

2.2 Training and Certification Services:

  • Full refunds are available if you cancel within 7 days of purchase and the training or certification course has not started.
  • If you cancel after 7 days of purchase but before the course starts, a partial refund of 50% of the course fee will be provided.
  • No refunds will be given once the course has started or after accessing course materials.

2.3 Consultation Services:

  • Full refunds are available if the consultation has not yet taken place.
  • If you are not satisfied with the consultation, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss potential partial refunds or credits towards future services.

3. Refund Process

3.2 Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4.1 Digital Products and Downloads: Once accessed or downloaded, digital products and course materials are non-refundable.

4.2 Custom Services: Services that are customized to your specific needs are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4.3 Promotional Discounts and Offers: Services purchased using promotional discounts or special offers are non-refundable.
